About Worsley Urban Partners

Founded by developers Dino Longo and Howard Goldstein, Worsley Urban Partners are committed to developing unique projects in quiet, desirable urban communities. Every project combines traditional architecture with the contemporary elements design-savvy buyers are looking for. Our condominiums emphasize architectural style, workmanship and sophisticated design that suit the feel of the neighbourhood they’re in – and appeal to city buyers looking for the perfect space to call home.

Worsley builds for buyers who want to be part of the community. Sitting on leafy side streets and quiet intersections, our boutique residences are small, intimate and perfectly located near everything the neighbourhood has to offer. Sip lattes at the coffee shop on the corner, work out at the local gym, shop down the street. Great shops, restaurants, coffee shops and parks are never far away.

The Partners

10 years ago, a savvy real estate consultant noticed that his clients Dino Longo and Howard Goldstein had something in common: they were both looking at similar properties and searching for urban infill development opportunities. So one day, he introduced the two developers to each other, and Worsley Urban Partners was born.

Between the two of them, the partners have 50 years of development and construction experience – and a shared vision that’s the foundation for a remarkably successful collaboration. Worsley’s signature infill projects are incredibly popular with buyers who want a great location and stellar design, but who are also looking for vibrant neighbourhood life in a genuine community - a place that feels like home.

Dino Longo

In addition to his role with Worsley, Dino Longo is president of Longo Development Corporation, a pioneering development and construction company founded by his grandfather over 90 years ago. As a third generation builder, Longo has over 30 years of experience working in real estate and in constructing industrial, commercial and residential sites throughout the GTA. His projects have included a master planned business park, a 2500 bed nursing home in Dallas, multiple residential apartment holdings in Toronto and Cincinnati, and development lands in Florida. His current projects include a master planned lakefront development in Toronto’s west end consisting of 1600 condos and 400 rental apartments.

Longo is a graduate of the Construction Management Program at George Brown College and an alumnus of the Advanced Management Development Program for Real Estate (AMDP) at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He is a founding member if the Gelato Cup Foundation, a charity that supports prostate cancer research.

Howard Goldstein

Howard Goldstein started his career in the legal profession; until recently, he was a practicing lawyer and a former law clerk to the Chief Justice of Ontario. He worked in international law, focusing on international M&A and corporate finance. At the same time, Goldstein also worked for his family’s Toronto construction and real estate business. He spearheaded a number of townhouse developments and oversaw the approvals process, which gave him considerable experience in working with stakeholders to obtain development approvals and Ontario Municipal Board Appeals.

In 2008, Goldstein chose to stop practicing law and focus all his energy on real estate development. In addition to his work with Worsley Urban Partners, he has also designed and obtained approval for a mid-rise building in Toronto’s desirable Distillery District.
